Your accident attorney Rick Martindale is originally from Bloomington, Indiana. He moved to Florida with his family in 1981 when he had just turned 13, attending and graduating from Lely High School in the top 10% of his class. Rick received numerous scholarships and was also awarded a U.S. Air Force ROTC (AFROTC) Scholarship to Indiana University (IU).
Attorney Martindale was a top Cadet in the IU AFROTC program and was awarded the Silver ROTC Medal for Outstanding Leadership Ability and Military Bearing from the Sons of the American Revolution. Rick also served as the Public Relations Officer for IU AFROTC. Attorney Martindale is an Air Force Veteran, having served in and honorably discharged from the United States Air Force.
Attorney Martindale began his career in the insurance industry as a claims adjuster for National Insurance Association in Indianapolis. Rick was quickly promoted to Claims Supervisor and oversaw insurance adjusters and insurance defense attorneys. Next, Rick returned to Florida to open his own independent claims adjusting company, Florida Claims Specialists, in Tampa. He adjusted claims and conducted claims investigations throughout Florida, working for several insurance company clients.
Caroline Cranton was born at the Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD, and grew up in San Diego, CA. Attorney Cranton attended the University of California, San Diego where she obtained an undergraduate degree in Art History.
Attorney Cranton attended Wake Forest University School of Law, where she won the Zeliff Trial Bar Award. At the time, she was the first 2L to win the Competition. After moving to Florida, she began her career as an Assistant State Attorney for the Ninth Judicial Circuit. As an ASA, Attorney Cranton tried cases before a jury in both Orange and Osceola Counties.
Following her service to the People of the State of Florida, Attorney Cranton began practicing Civil Litigation. Attorney Cranton’s practice included the defense of business entities, professionals, and insureds in a wide range of litigation practices, including Medical Malpractice, Nursing Home Abuse, Premises Liability, Personal Injury, and Automotive Injury. She has resolved countless cases across the State over the course of her career and is an experienced Trial Lawyer, having tried cases to verdict in Orange, Pinellas, and Volusia Counties.
Your accident attorney Kristin is a native Floridian and dedicated personal injury lawyer who proudly serves the Orlando community. After earning her undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Florida, she relocated to Orlando to join the Martindale Law Group. She represented plaintiffs in matters including personal injury, homeowner’s insurance claims, legal malpractice, and guardianship. Attorney Belsito also gained valuable experience during her time practicing at a large personal injury and then as in-house defense counsel for a large insurance company. Outside of her practice, Kristin stays busy as the mother of two daughters and the proud owner of a spirited French bulldog.
