Aggie Chavez, Esq

Aggie M. Chavez is the founding attorney of Chavez Law, PLLC. As the daughter of Colombian Immigrants, she was raised with strong cultural values. Due to these values, she was naturally drawn to working in the area of Immigration. She attended the University of Central Florida for her undergraduate degree in Legal Studies where she graduated cum laude in 2011. Attorney Chavez received her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in 2014 where she participated in their Immigration Clinic assisting victims of crimes.

This is where her passion for helping survivors and victims of crime began. She focuses on humanitarian cases, family petitions, citizenships, and deportation defense. Attorney Chavez stays active in helping the community by attending pro-bono events and community education efforts offered by non profit organizations. She has worked with the Consulate General of Mexico in both Miami and Orlando. She is licensed under the Florida State Bar.
