Catalina M. Rodriguez is a Litigation Associate at the Martindale Law Group. She received her Juris Doctor from Barry University School of Law and earned an Honors Certificate in Environmental and Earth Law. Since becoming a licensed attorney, Ms. Rodriguez has acquired ample litigation experience in the areas of Personal Injury (both plaintiff and defense), Insurance Defense, Business Litigation, and Mortgage Foreclosure Defense.
Ms. Rodriguez has dedicated her life to her goal of helping people when they most need it. She had an internship at the Seminole County Legal Aid Society where she assisted vulnerable women and men obtain relief from abusive spousal situations and obtain legal remedies for their children. In her third year of law school, Ms. Rodriguez worked as a Legal Fellow at the Center for Earth Jurisprudence where she investigated international issues involving protection of the South American rain forests and environmental issues affecting vulnerable populations. She also participated as a Clinical Intern at the Barry University Environmental and Earth Law Clinic conducting legal research and writing in cases involving protection of the Florida rivers and aquifers, as well as helping low-income communities suffering as a result of chemical pollution to their water-ways. Prior to law school, Ms. Rodriguez worked at a community college assisting students with the enrollment process so they could pursue their educational goals.
Today, Ms. Rodriguez is proud to represent clients from all walks of life to obtain the relief they are entitled to receive under Florida law. She uses her experience in personal injury defense and insurance defense to assist her clients.
Ms. Rodriguez is originally from Medellin, Colombia, and is able to provide assistance in fluent Spanish.
